1. Added support for up to five Virtual Private Network (VPN) endpoints, including a VPN wizard for easy configuration and a VPN status log. This feature can be found under the Advanced menu.2.Added support for Wi-Fi Multimedia Quality of Service (WMM QoS) to prioritize wireless voice and video traffic. WMM QoS is a feature that provides prioritization of wireless data packets from different applications based on four access categories: voice, video, best effort, and background. For an application to receive the benefits of WMM QoS, both it and the client running that application must be WMM-enabled. Legacy applications that do not support WMM, and applications that do not require QoS, are assigned to the best-effort category, which receives a lower priority than voice and video. WMM QoS is enabled automatically.3.Added support for Wi-Fi Multi-Media Power Save (WMM-PS). WMM-PS extends the battery life of Wi-Fi devices by increasing the efficiency and flexibility of data transmission. With WMM-PS, the same amount of data can be transmitted in a shorter time and using fewer frames, while allowing the Wi-Fi device to remain longer in a low-power, "dozing" state. WMM-PS is enabled by default.4.Added support for Wi-Fi Protected Access Version 2 (WPA2) wireless encryption, which is a more powerful encryption method than WPA and which utilizes the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) block cipher (WPA uses the RC4 stream cipher).
