How to remove an incorrectly installed mouse driver
This article will show you how to remove the incoretly installed mouse driver.

Follow this procedure to remove an incorrectly installed mouse driver.
- On the keyboard, press the Window key.
- Press the UP ARROW key to select Settings and press the RIGHT ARROW key once to select Control Panel .
- Press the ENTER key.
- In the Control Panel window, press the DOWN ARROW and RIGHT ARROW keys until the System icon is selected.
- Press the ENTER key.
- In the System Properties window, press the TAB key until the General tab is selected.
- Press the RIGHT ARROW key until the Device Manager tab is selected.
- In the System Properties window, on the Device Manager tab, press the TAB key until Computer is selected.
- Press the DOWN ARROW key to select Mouse .
- Press the RIGHT ARROW key to highlight the installed mouse.
- Press ALT+E to remove the mouse driver.
- In the Confirm Device Removal window, press the ENTER key to remove the device.
NOTE: If there are any Unknown Devices, Other Devices listed, or multiple mice, follow the steps above to remove driver.
- On the keyboard, press ALT + F4 until the Shut Down windows window is displayed(display driver).
- In the Shut Down windows window, press the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys until Restart is selected.
- Press the TAB key until Yes is selected.
- Press the ENTER key to restart the computer.
