How to connect Bluetooth devices to your Windows XP-based computer
This document shows you the method to connect Bluetooth devices to Windows XP and some popular Bluetooth drivers.

Your Bluetooth devices may can not recognize the pairing with your Windows XP-based computer. While sometimes, pairing information about a device may be lost, either because a device was reset or because of other problems.
If you meet this issue, you can solve it by using the following method:
- Open Bluetooth Devices in Control Panel, and then make sure that the device is listed. If the device is listed, Windows XP has not lost the pairing information.
Note: To use Bluetooth Devices in Control Panel, make sure that your Bluetooth adapter is supported by Windows XP SP2 and that the Bluetooth adapter has been successfully installed on your Windows XP SP2-based computer.
- Determine if the device has lost the pairing information.
- Remove the device by using the Bluetooth Devices tool in Control Panel.
- Add the device again.
