Problem(Abstract)

The help information for the 'MQSeries® DataDirect Technologies 5.0 32-BIT Oracle/Sybase Wire Protocol' ODBC drivers supplied on Windows® is displayed(display driver) only if the default web browser is Internet Explorer. If another web browser is set to be the default browser, the help information is either incorrectly displayed or not displayed at all.

Cause

This is a limitation of this version of the supplied ODBC drivers.

Resolving the problem

You can enable viewing of the help information from the 'Help' button in the ODBC driver GUI by setting Internet Explorer to be your default web browser.

Alternatively, you can view and navigate the help files directly with a different HTML browser by navigating from the top level file: \DataDirect\help\help.htm.
