Apple Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard for Boot Camp Beta 1.0.2
You can use an Apple Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard with Boot Camp Beta 1.0.2 or later.

- Boot into Microsoft Windows.
- Open the Control Panel and select Bluetooth Devices.
- In the Hardware Tab, click Apple Built - In Bluetooth.
- Click the Properties button.
- Click the Driver tab.
- Click the Update Driver... button. Hardware Update Wizard appears.
- Choose "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)".
- Deselect "Search Removable media".
- Select "Include this location this search".
- Click Browse.
- Navigate to
c:/Program Files/Macintosh Drivers for Win XP/BthKicker/
After updating the driver with the Bluetooth Kicker, you should be able to add the Apple Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard as described below.
Adding the Apple Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard
- If you are using a desktop Mac, connect a (wired) USB mouse and keyboard.
- In windows, open the Control Panels and select Bluetooth Devices.
- Make sure your Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard is on.
- Click the Devices Tab.
- Click the Add... button.
- When the "Welcome to the Add Bluetooth Device Wizard" window appears, select the "My device is set up and ready to be found" checkbox, then click Next.
- Locate the keyboard in the list the Wizard provides, then click Next.
- Connect by letting Windows provide a passkey -- the option is "Choose a passkey for me" -- then click Next.
Important: Do not use a blank or empty passkey! Windows XP will pair with the keyboard, but the keyboard will not work.
When the process has completed successfully, you will see this message: "The Bluetooth device was successfully connected...". You should now be able to use your keyboard.
