A reminder system for appointments, bills and events that will allow you to keep your contacts recipes and other personal info. Rapid Reminder Pro is a truly excellent and brilliant 5 star software, that apart from being a reminder system for appointments (with popup reminders and day views), bills and events (birthdays, occasions and special days), will allow you to keep your contacts (with digital pictures regardless where they reside on your hard drive), recipes and other personal information in the many categories.
You will be able to find address and phone numbers is a split second using Rapid Sticky Notes which links direct to the contacts database.
Now, recording all of your kids milestones and keeping your personal records and achievements is a snap. Excellent Recipe section with easy recipe copier.
You can even create digital picture albums for your contacts or subjects, where you can easily view the images by thumbnail, individually or by slide slow. You can select which features you want to use.
Truly excellent and feature packed software that we all need. It is probably the handiest software you will own.

APPOINTMENTS now with Flashing Reminder options
Enter in this section either directly to the Grid or to the Edit area all of your appointments, meetings etc. When they are due they will be displayed in this section and if today they will be highlighted in yellow for quick viewing. You can select from the Setup area the period of display e.g. Today, Week, Month, Year etc
BILLS
Enter all of your recurring bills into this section and you will be reminded to pay them according to the dates due. You can schedule them easily. When they are due they will be displayed in this section and if today they will be highlighted in yellow for quick viewing. You can select from the Setup area the period of display e.g. Today, Week, Month, Year etc
EVENTS
This section allows a unlimited topic of reminders from your personal sporting events, to local and national league competitions, children's activities, your golf commitments, birthdays, weddings, holidays, anniversaries of any description. When they are due they will be displayed in this section and if today they will be highlighted in yellow for quick viewing. You can select from the Setup area the period of display e.g. Today, Week, Month, Year etc
FILE BACKUP - REMINDER
This nice feature will remind you to backup your computer files .It will not do the process but will load the allocated software to do the job and will implant the date you backed up so it will remind you next time. There will be no excuses why you have not backed up your important files
ASSET REGISTER or INVENTORY
This Household or Business Inventory will enable you to enter the details including serial numbers of your most important house or office effects. Print out your list and secure and if you require to provide details to an Insurance Company and/or Police then they may be able to recover your goods sooner. A nice feature which includes pictures of your assets.
PROFILE
Profile your family, friends , famous or your favorite people. Great for recording your children's milestones and achievements. Has provision for unlimited Pictures (inc captioning) of your choice with slide show option, Ideal for clubs, teachers, sporting teams and overseers. You could even enter day to day events in your children's profile and in years to come they will remember these occurrences. One recent user setup a profile of their house and included all the appropriate information and numerous pictures.
HOW TO
This feature allows you to enter a Task or a Problem , how you resolved that task in any subject from computers to removing stains. In fact anything at all where you have solved a problem and would like to record it for future reference.
JOURNAL
This feature allows you to enter your personal thoughts and information. It is doubly password protected and cannot be accessed from outside of Rapid Reminder Pro
PASSWORDS
This feature allows you to enter all of your Usernames and Passwords that you accumulate, especially from the Internet. It is password protected both inside and out of Rapid Reminder Pro,
RECIPES
This feature allows you to enter your recipes in a categorized order with provision for your pictures and with a easy to read Ingredients and processing section. You can even add the ingredients to the shopping list feature so you wont forget to purchase them next time you go shopping. You can even export them to other RAPID REMINDER PRO users.
SHOPPING LIST
This feature allows you to enter you to enter your office or home needs to remind you to purchase next time you go shopping. It will add up your costs and you can print out the list to take with you. You can even print a blank list to place on the refrigerator for example so you can tick off your requirements when you think of them. Items from the Recipe section can easily be entered into this list by clicking a button
NOTES
This feature allows you to enter your notes for quick and future reference. Unlike the Journal it is NOT password protected.

CALENDAR
A easy to read calendar with provision for your favorite pictures each month. It can also be printed and/or displayed in your internet browser with options to print your Appointments, Bills, Events and To Do List. Print and place a copy monthly for easy reference. A great feature
CALCULATOR with Metric Conversion
A standard calculator for those quick calculations and now includes a Metric conversion calculator . Has provision for your favourite picture.
MOVIE LIBRARY
This feature allows you to keep information on the movies you have seen, how you rate them with provision for your review and also a picture (try the internet to find one), even who you have loaned them to.
MUSIC LIBRARY
This feature allows you to keep information on the music you have in your collection and has also a picture (try the internet to find one) of the artist and even who you have loaned it to.
BOOK LIBRARY
This feature allows you to keep information of your book collection or those you have reviewed and read and also has provision for a cover picture (try the internet to find one), even who you have loaned them to.
CHRISTMAS CARD LIST
Never forget to send that Christmas Card by using this feature. This list is generated by checking the Christmas card option in the Contacts Information section.
GOLF SCORES
Keep a record of your golf scores, the courses you played, playing partners, notes and unlimited pictures.
HEALTH
Your very own meal planner, Keep record of your weight gain/loss, unlimited pictures and notes. Also includes a database to record all of your doctor, dentist and professional visits for the whole family including reasons and notes.--excellent feature
CONTACTS
This section keeps information of all your Private and Business Contacts with information including addresses, birthdays, email contact, category, emergency number and Christmas card list identifying and with provision for unlimited pictures of your contact with a slide show option. They can be sorted by Business Category or Private and is fully printable and can be exported to other Rapid Reminder Pro users.
Now with an Envelope Address print feature. The FREE desktop Rapid Sticky Notes not only stores your NOTES but also links to your Contacts database and finds your phone numbers in rapid time. It even displays a picture of your contact. Rapid Sticky notes only link to the Contact database if you have purchased the Contacts module. Now includes a quick print feature.
The Phone and Address card feature links to your contact database and you can make a small card for quick reference of telephone numbers, address etc. Keep it credit card size, laminate it and carry it in your purse or wallet. Now, you can even print out your selected Business Cards. By moving your mouse on the grids the relevant information is displayed in the viewing box. This is excellent for quick finding telephone numbers and addresses...
PHOTO ALBUM
You can add unlimited pictures with captioning to the Contact and Profile features and use it as a Photo Album. These can also be viewed with your web browser.
GARDENING
Keep all of your gardening records in this section. What and when to plant your flowers and vegetables. You can add unlimited pictures with captioning.
AUTOMATIC WALLPAPER CHANGER
You can schedule the automatic change of your windows wallpaper with this excellent feature. You select which pictures you want to display on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual interval.
MOTOR VEHICLE including Log Book and Expenses
You can now record all of the information pertaining to your motor vehicle/s and including an expense and log book for each vehicle and provision for unlimited pictures with slide show. There is also a facility to report a blank log book for recording those miles travelled for business purposes.
