The 3ivx MPEG-4 5.0 Video Core is a COder/DECoder (referred to as a codec) that allows content creators to deliver fully compliant MPEG-4 files.
The 3ivx MPEG-4 5.0 Core has been designed for performance (speed), image quality, interoperability and portability.
