Three Day Master

Allows automated printing of Three Day notices
Three Day Master application was designed for users of Yardi Voyager.

Three Day Master will allow automated printing of Three Day notices. All you have to do is copy & paste from Yardi Voyager. Once you click the Print button you will be asked if you want to add late fees and the smallest delinquent amount in which to add the late fees.

You can also print a nice letter for those that have small balances. This is a stand alone application which means there isn't an installation program.
