Schedule 25 Limited Availability People helps you to schedule students and other employees with limited availability to daily shifts, tasks or locations in 1 minute to 12 hour increments throughout the day.

Do you employ dozens (or hundreds) of college students with severe availability constraints due to class schedules?

Do you need to schedule each of your people to several different shifts or tasks or locations each day as often as every few minutes?

If so, then you need the Shift Schedules Series 17 "Limited Availability Employee Scheduler" for creating your daily schedules.

You can define up to 6 time periods when each person is available each day. That's right, if someone is only available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and from 10:30 AM to 12:00 and from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM and then from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (and any other 2 time periods) on Mondays and during any 6 time periods on Tuesdays, and so on throughout the week, you can be sure that you won't schedule him or her to shifts when they are not available.

You can specify up to 25 different employee categories (manager, cashier, etc.) and then assign each employee to up to 10 different categories.

You can also specify daily shifts or tasks or locations that need to be filled and indicate the category of employee that is needed to fill that shift/task/location.

You can specify the time period you want to use for your scheduling with up to 48 periods available per day. The period can be as short as 1 minute or as long as 12 hours.

Once you have listed your employee names, qualifications and availability each day, you can assign them to daily shifts/tasks/locations in time increments throughout the day. Assignments are made via drop-down menus of available personnel. Initially the menus are full of the people who are available for that time period and as assignments are made, the people are removed from the menu. You are thus prevented from assigning someone to more than one shift/task/location each time period.

If necessary, you can assign someone to one shift/task/location for one time period and then move him or her to a different shift/task/location for the next time period and so on throughout the day.

The daily hours assigned to each employee are summarized along with the weekly payroll based on employee wages and hours worked.
