Refas - The Reference Assistant

Refas is aimed at anyone who has to manage academic references as part of their job or as a hobby. The project came about from a realization of how much time the average researcher wastes locating a reference in their own personal collection of references. Web sites such as Bids are all well and good for finding the paper in the first place but when you are writing a paper or report you want to reference papers you have in your collection. Refas allows you to quickly sort through the references you have and get at the information you already have.
