ReceptionDesk makes it easy to manage visitor reception in small and medium sized businesses and organisations. The logically organized multi-paned window lets you quickly review tasks and reminders, staff members, appointments, visitors booked in, messages, and external contacts. ReceptionDesk provides many powerful features, such as the ability to click on an appointment entry to log a visitor into the facility. Many operations can be performed quickly with drag and drop as well as by using the keyboard. Name Badges can be printed for visitors and it's easy to search the system by name or vehicle, etc. Detailed on-line help is provided to explain all of the programs functions.
