13 absolutely different plug-ins for Outlook in one package at the price of one! And moreover: all the MAPILab Toolbox updates are free for a year, so you will have 7-12 additional plug-ins to those ten!

MAPILab Toolbox components:

File Fetch. Now you can receive any file from your computer to your e-mail! It is absolutely safe: you can limit the folder list from which you can take a file, to specify the file list to be sent on your request, set the password on the file request and set the password to the archive with the file being sent. Even if somebody finds out how to request the file he/she won't be able to get it from the sent archive all the same! Do you often get phone calls with the request to send you the price list? Now you can reply: "send me an e-mail with the "price list" subject and my computer will immediately send you the latest copy at any time of the day".

File Send Automatically*. As soon as you change the price list do you have to send it to all your partners? This plug-in will do it for you automatically: it will "keep an eye" on the specified files and as soon as they get changed will send them itself. You will have time to correct a mistake: you can ask it to wait a few seconds or even hours after the file has been changed - thus, you will have time to correct the document. And it is not necessary for you to remember whether you have sent it or not!

Attachments Forget. This small plug-in will ask you whether you have forgotten to attach the promised file in case it doesn't see the attachment in the message containing the phrase the kind of "see the attachment".

Attachment Options**. Have you ever faced the situation when Microsoft Outlook blocks an attachment considering it insecure? This plug-in will allow you to specify the types of attachments that should be treated as secure or insecure.

E-mail Scheduler. Do you have to send one and the same message regularly (say, every Friday)? This plug-in will do it for you! You can attach the files to the message as well as to specify the path for the plug-in where it must take the new files to be attached to the message. Do you have to send new documents to the central archive every evening? No problem!

Task E-mail Scheduler*. An alternative variant of previous plug-in. You can create a task, attach a message to it and specify the key word. In this case the message attached to the task will be sent while the task is being activated.

E-mail Reminder. Do you often happen to be out of your office? The plug-in will resend the reminder about the meetings and tasks to your pager, cell phone or PDA using e-mail! Practically all cell operators have got a channel between the e-mail and SMS, that is why this plug-in is compatible with any mobile device!

Batched Mail. It is a unique plug-in! If your provider limits the number of the messages sent this plug-in is for you! Now you can specify the interval for the messages and the maximum number of the messages to be sent during an hour. If there is a lot of messages waiting for their turn to be sent in your Outbox you can specify for the plug-in to send highly important messages out of turn.

Contacts Journaling. Do you know that you can enable journaling for the contact? In this case you can trace the correspondence with this person. But somehow you can do it in Outlook only for each contact individually and only in the main Contacts folder! We have corrected this odd thing: now you can enable journaling for all contacts in all folders at once.

Mailing List Service*. Do you need to take all the addressed of the people who wrote to you about the error and send them a universal answer? You will have to extract the senders' addresses from their messages one by one. Only in case you don't have Mailing List Service! It can store the addresses in the files of various formats, add them to the address book, contacts or mail list. The address source can be messages, contacts and files on a disk.

Message AutoFill*. Do you always have to send message copy to your boss if you answer the message in the folder named "very important"? Or do you always have to use a certain account if you send the message being in the "My Yahoo mail" folder? All this and a lot more will help you to automate Message AutoFill.

Hide Fax Numbers**. If you store phone and fax numbers in your contact folders it may become difficult with time to find a contact when you create a new message. Our plug-in allows hiding fax numbers from the list to make choosing the contact easier and to avoid sending the message to the fax instead of e-mail.

Subscription Manager* (**). Provide your respondents with an opportunity to manage the subscription to your mailing lists on their own! Your respondents can include their name to the mailing list in your contact folder or remove it by sending a message with a special command in the subject. In many cases it's much more convenient than using subscription management scripts on the web site or using services like Yahoo Groups.
