It connects you to your FreshBooks Account without starting any Web browser The invoiceSync application was designed to accelerate and simplify your everyday interaction with your FreshBooks account. It connects you to your FreshBooks Account without starting any Web browser.

If you are using FreshBooks on a regular basis than it can save you a lot of time. Navigating through your Invoices and Clients over the hierarchy tree is faster and more responsive than any other browser.

Here are some key features of "invoiceSync":

  • Fast login if you connect from your local trusted computer you can tell invoiceSync to save your login info in encrypted form, so next time you have to login you are either one click away from being logged in (by selecting the appropriate Fast Login menu item) or you will be automatically logged in on startup.
  • invoiceSync sessions never expire, unless you explicitly disconnect or close the main program window. So, it is quite normal to start editing an Invoice now, leave the station and come back in 3 hours to save the changes.
  • invoiceSync offers a new hierarchy view of your account. Invoices are structured by Status and Date; Clients are grouped into Organizations they belong. With just a mouse click away you can access almost any detail associated with any particular Client, Organization or Invoice.
  • Working either Online or Offline. invoiceSync offers a possibility to directly manipulate your Invoices and Clients, or you can edit them locally and store them in the invoiceSync local database. You can then upload them whenever you want: immediately, tomorrow, in a week, doesn't matter. You can also create new Invoices and Clients while working offline and upload them to your FreshBooks account at later time.
  • Adding Payments; to enter a Payment for an Invoice or a Client, just right-click it in the Hierarchy view and choose Enter Payment from the shortcut menu.
  • Easy backup of your FreshBooks account; while your data at FreshBooks is more then safe, why not having a local snapshot at the end of the day of your account? You can either download all your Clients and Invoices, or you can select what to download.
  • You have more than one account at FreshBooks? That's not a problem also. You can stay logged and work with all of them at once.
