Desktops that will be running the FactotumNOW client should be operating on Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional/Server, Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP Professional
For the customer web interface (change requests, incident reporting, knowledge base) you need a web server (Apache or IIS) and have the free PHP 5.0 installed
