EZ-Calc for Excel creates fields either too difficult or virtually impossible to create manually!

Main features of EZ Calc for Excel:

  • Create "Current through 90+" Agings in as few as 3 clicks.
  • Age as of "Today" or as of a "Specific Date".
  • Age "From" or "To" the aging date.
  • Use "From" when the dates are typically before the Aging Date as in Accounts Receivable agings.
  • Use "To" when the dates are typically after the Aging Date as in Accounts Payable agings.
  • Specify the number of decimals to display for number of Weeks and number of Months.
  • Specify the rounding method for calculating number of Weeks and number of Months.
  • Specify a cutoff to create an overflow period to limit the number of Days, Weeks and Months reported.
  • "Current through 90+" and "Current through 120+" aging period descriptions sort correctly.
  • Because they categorize data and reduce the number of data points, Aging Period fields are perfect for the X-axis in Charts and the column field in Pivot Tables.

  • Change positive values to negative values based on the contents of another field.
  • In the above example when Trans Code is "Credit Memo" or "Return" the Sales Amount in made negative.
  • Testing can be case sensitive or insensitive.
  • For testing purposes only, the Test Field and Test Values can be trimmed of leading, trailing and multiple embedded spaces.
  • Designate the Test Values for positives with all other values being for negatives.
