Excel Invoice Manager Pro, by Office-Kit.com is a cool tool that utilizes Microsoft Excel to help you produce invoices and more. The program uses what the developer calls "Active-Template" technology which help integrate the program right in with Excel. I found the program to be very easy-to-use and the user interface was intuitive. That makes it perfect for users with all levels of experience. Believe me, I'm no expert at Excel so if I say it's "easy-to-use " you can believe it. The program comes with a template you can use for creating invoices and it was a snap to crank out several with no problems at all.
Excel Invoice Manager Pro not only puts an invoice in a nice-looking format without you doing a lot of work, but it also adds up all the numbers so you get a total at the end. For anyone who needs to do invoices and the like who isn't an expert at Excel, this is a perfect product. It utilizes a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) interface so you'll know your work is always going to look picture perfect. The program has quite a few configurable options and can keep all your billing and invoices in a database once the program is registered. Nice features.
Excel Invoice Manager Pro is a powerful tool that adds functionality to a powerful tool. While I can find my way around in Excel, I'm certainly not a "wizard" with it. This product adds power to Excel by making it truly easy to create invoices and more. So, if you use Microsoft Excel and have the need to do invoices check this product out. I think it may be just what the doctor ordered.

Based on the Excel invoice template, Excel Invoice Manager provides a Fill In The Blank invoice form. In addition to Excel's comprehensive data formatting, calculation and analysis facilities, it goes one step further by opening the door to databases, allowing you to manage customers, products, invoices and payments.
The template offers a What You See Is What You Get invoice form. If you know how to use Microsoft Excel, you know how to use Excel Invoice Manager.
All Microsoft Excel features are available to you, from simple formatting, such as replacing default fonts and colors, moving and merging cells, to more advanced reporting and charting.
