Excel Export Selected Cells To PDF Software is a software application that allows the user to export a block of MS Excel cells that he selects to a PDF file without the need to have Adobe Acrobat installed.

Installation instructions for Office 2003, 2002 (XP), 2000

  • When you start this program for the first time, you should see a new menu next to 'Help' in Excel.

  • You may need to click the 'Enable Macros' button that will automatically pop up when Excel opens.

  • If you still do not see my program, you may need to go to the following menu in Excel:
    Tools > Macro > Security...

  • Choose 'Medium. You can choose whether or not to run potentially unsafe macros.'

    Installation instructions for Office 2007

  • When you start this program for the first time, you may see:
    "Security Warning Macros have been disabled."

  • Click "Options..."

  • Click "Enable this content"

  • Click "OK"
