You can schedule up to 3 groups of employees (say waiters, managers and bartenders or head nurse, RN and LPN) with each group having it's unique menu and shift needs.
You can define up to 10 vacation periods for each employee and the spreadsheet will not allow you to assign a shift to someone who is scheduled for a vacation day.
The spreadsheet creates several different calendars and schedules including a file that you can import into your Outlook e-mail program or PDA so you will always have your schedule available for easy reference.
The Series S15-Easy Shifts spreadsheets comes in sizes to schedule 25, 50 and 100 employees.
