Displays statistics regarding the number of each call type
You simply specify the doctors names and the number of doctors that need to be on call each day of the week. You then assign first call, second call, etc. until sufficient calls have been assigned each day of the year.

Doctors Calls and Tasks Scheduler displays statistics regarding the number of each type call that has been assigned to each doctor so you know at a glance who is due for a specific call assignment. Summary statistics tell you how many major calls, minor calls, weekend calls, weekday calls, etc. have been assigned to each person. The program allows you to keep track of doctors with special qualifications and alerts you if you have not scheduled one of the "special" doctors to be on call.

Scheduling usually begins with the yearly vacation schedule for each doctor. Major holiday blocks are often scheduled next, followed by weekends and then weekdays. As you go down the scheduling sheet assigning daily calls, you can see up to 5 weeks ahead allowing you to spot vacation blocks and calls that you have already assigned. You can incorporate any specific scheduling rules that you may have such as "no major call assignments for two days after a vacation" or "only one major weekend call per month".
