DocsToBox software was designed to assist small businesses in keeping track of where they store documents that are no longer needed on a regular basis. Once you place file folders in a storage box, DocsToBox can assist you in identifying the specific box a folder was stored in, and where that box is physically located.

Here are some key features of "DocsToBox":

  • Print labels to put on your file folders in a wide variety of Avery style labels. And you can customize what information appears on the label as well.
  • Assign several users in your office their own user name with update and read-only access levels.
  • Define storage periods for each document type.
  • Find folders quickly and easily.
  • A data import wizard allows you to load Customer Names, Vendor Names, Employee Names, or any other list of names you normally create file folders for. Once loaded a customizable name type helps with selection when creating file folders.


    Requirements:
  • Pentium processor with at least 128MB of memory
    (256MB if you are using 2000 or XP).
  • At least 20MB of disk space to store your data and for the program itself.


    Limitations:
  • The trial version of DocsToBox allows you to have up to 2 Update Access users, and 5 Read-Only Access users so you can try out the multi-user capabilities of the program. When you start the program, a new Update Access user will automatically be added to DocsToBox.
