Business-in-a-Box, by BizTree Inc is a complete set of both legal and business-related forms that you can use for your business.Unlike some similar products I've seen, Business-in-a-Box files can be edited with Microsoft Word or OpenOffice.
If you're just starting a new business this product can save you money by giving you a lot of the basic documents that are needed with a new business. In working with the product I liked the fact that all the templates are formatted so they look professional as well as being easy-to-use.
With many of the documents you basically just fill in the appropriate blanks with your information and you've got a customized document that looks like it was designed specifically for your company.
I'm not talking a few templates here I'm talking about over 1,200. The contents of Business-in-a-Box give you a running head start for getting your new business off the ground.
So, if you're starting a new business take the time to look at Business-in-a-Box. It just may be the solution you need.
