Blue Eye unterstützt Sie bei der Anwahl von Rufnummern aus
Anwendungen die keine Telefonintegration bieten.
Beinahe alle modernen Telefonanlagen/CallServer bieten heutzutage eine
TAPI-Schnittstelle. Nur was bringt diese wenn trotz moderner Technik noch immer
Telefonnummern vom Bildschirm abgetippt werden müssen.
Blue Eye erkennt Telefonnummern am Bildschirm und ermöglicht eine bequeme und
schnelle Anwahl.
Folgende Mechanismen werden für die Erkennung der Rufnummer bereitgestellt:
* Onscreen OCR: Texterkennung am Bildschirm...
* Wählspion: Dieser Spion spioniert Telefonnummern aus Eingabefelder, Buttons,
u.a. Steuerelementen aus.
(z.B. Eingabefelder von Kundenmasken einer Individualsoftware)
*Überwachung der Zwischenablage: Sobald sie eine Telefonnummer in die
Zwischenablage kopieren wird diese erkannt.
Ist eine Nummer erkannt oder eingegeben kann sie mit einem Klick oder einem
Tastendruck (Default: Strg+d) gewählt werden.
Blue Eye bietet zudem noch weitere Funktionen wie z.B. Wahlwiederholung,
Anrufjournal u.v.m
