BEATS is a business employee absence and vacation tracking system. It permits small or large size businesses to track employee absences and overtime. BEATS can calculate the employees vacation entitlement, taken and balance forward. All calculations can be either hours or days and is integrated with the overtime component of BEATS. You can choose to use our LITE version, Deluxe, Multi-user or web interface version - your choice! BEATS is being used by large multi-national telecommunications companies with thousands of employees or small companies.
