What is Icon?
Icons are the small images that represent different programs and applications on your desktop.

Windows uses very generic icons for things like "My Computer", "Recycle Bin", and all the other standard applications that are on every computer.

You can change those icons like a Desktop Theme. You can just download specific Icons and swap them with the windows default ones.
