 I can't hear the audio of DVD, why? |
| If you cannot hear audio, go to "Options" menu -> "DVD Settings", choose a proper DVD Audio Decoder. For example InterVideo Audio Decoder or CyberLink Audio Decoder. You can also choose AC3Filter to fix the problem. (AC3Filter Download) |

| Why the key exchange is failed? |
| Try to exit the program and run again. Or upgrade to DirectX 9.0c. You may try to select a "DVD Navigator" other than "Microsoft DVD Navigator" in the DVD Settings dialog. If you still experience the problem, download and install DVD43. |

| Why can't I play some DVD? |
| If you cannot play some DVD due to parental control, please check and make sure your Windows Media Player can play the DVD correctly. |

Note: you need an administrator account to change the settings if you get this error. |

| How to set DVD subtitle on or off? |
| It is recommended to use the native DVD menu shown in the preview panel to set subtitle(subpicture) ON or OFF. (Press "DVD menu" button on the right to show native DVD menu in the preview panel) You may also change the subtitle(subpicture) in the program's Options menu. But there exists some DVD that requires the change must be made in the native DVD menu instead of the program's menu. |

| Does the software support realmedia or mov format? |
| The support for rm / rmvb video file is experimental. If you installed some software component (e.g. Moonlight Player) and have difficulties in recording rm / rmvb files, it is recommended to uninstall such component first. MOV verion 1 and version 2 are supported. Some MOV files can not be played in Windows Media Player, thus they are not currently supported by our product as well. |
