ac3fix

It checks an AC3-file for bad frames ac3fix checks an AC3-file for bad frames. If it encounters such a frame, it
either skips it, cuts it down to correct size or repeats the last correct
frame.

This action is determined by the wrongness, i.e. the difference in file size
between the original file and the fixed one. ac3fix tries to make the wrongness
as small as possible.
