Question 1.
iTunes says the songs cannot be burned to a disk until they are authorized; the DRM Converter just stays in the "Burning the gathered tracks to CD-RW" mode stating, "Waiting for iTunes burned CD to mount." I have the .m4p songs ON the CD-RW. How can I simply just convert these from the disc using the DRM Converter?
Answer: Having .m4p songs on a CD is not correct. The songs need to be on the hard disk and in the iTunes library. If the computer is not authorised then the songs cannot be converted. The solution is to login to the iTunes store and authorise the computer.
Question 2.
Your program with this album display the error "Ripped track count mismatch...." and stop.
Answer: This album contain as first song: 'S Wonderfull
The special character as first of the title determine the malfunction.
Question 3.
I am getting a message that the files cannot be burned to a CD...nothing else happens?
Answer: I need to see the log messages and a screen capture of the exact message text that is being displayed.

every time it gets to the actual importing at the end it just shows a big X and says this 2007-10-11 14:29:48 -0500 P4: Ripped track count mismatch (got 0, expected 17) -- exiting
Answer: This is a problem with the latest version of iTunes only.
It has 4 possible solutions that should be tried in this order:
1. Go into iTunes preferences, Advanced->Importing and Uncheck the item named Automatically retrieve CD track names from the Internet
2. Restart your Mac
3. Erase your CDRW with the Disk Utility
4. Don't insert the CDRW until DRM Dumpster presents the burn setup panel and is asking for a CD
Question 6.
My mac does not recognize it. When I click on the blank page icon on my desk top that I have downloaded, it asks me to choose an application. This means, to me, it ain't gonna work, period.
How can I make this software work?
Answer: The sounds like you does not have the correct .dmg file or does not have OS X 10.3 or later. You need to find out if you have OS X 10.3 or later and if the downloaded .dmg file is the correct size (i.e. proper download)
