| How to make Acronis True Image backup file automatically |
Step < 1 > Run Software
- Download Trial version
- Install Acronis True Image to your PC.
- Then Run software, then main inter face will pop up.

Step < 2 > Start to Create Schedule Task
- In menu of main interface, Click View => " View Active Task", Then Click Button "Active Task" to create a schedule task to protect your file.

Step < 3 > Basic Setting
- Then Schedule Task Wizard window will pop up. It will guide you to create schedule task. Click next to start ( View Screenshots )
- Then Select what you want to backup. Here you can choose a disc ( which will backup all of content in disc ) or special Files and folders. You will need more free space if you choose to backup entire disc ( View Screenshots ) Here we take backup entire disc as an example, then Click next.
- Specify which disc you want to backup in pop-up window then Click next.

- After you specify the disc, then you need to specify the name of output file, and generating path. Choose a specific disc to save output file. Click next

Step < 4 > Advanced setting
- Choose Archive Creation Mode, you can create a new full backup archive, or create incremental backup; create differential backup file. ( If you want to know difference about the 3 mode, please go to FAQ) Click Next

- Then Acronis True Image allows you to create a password to protect the output file. Click next ( View screenshots )
- Acronis True Image also allows you to set the options of archive backup. for more please visit the help page Acronis True Image provides. Click next

- Then you can type some comments about the archive to help you find the appropricate archive much faster. ( View Screenshots )
- Then you can choose backup time. Perform the task daily, weekly, monthly etc. Acronis True Image provides you many options. (for more view screenshots )
- Specify the time and day you want the task to start. Acronis True Image allows you to specify the start time to minutes. ( View Screenshots )
- Then you can type your name and password to ensure that the data backup will not start when other user visit your PC. This function is very useful for Computer which is used by more than one person.

Step < 5 > Finish
- Now you finished all of setting, click next to finish. Acronis True Image will automatically backup files you specified so that you can restore any data in case of data damage caused by system crash, computer virus or hackers' attact.
